Pregnancy is an intense time of rapid change as your body and mind prepare for motherhood – this can take a stressful toll on your physical and mental health. On top of this, it seems like the whole world suddenly is scrutinizing what your body looks like and asking about every bite of food you take.

In this workshop, we’ll go over an empowering approach to nutrition called Intuitive Eating: where positive body image and simple nutrition come together to help you achieve your health and life goals. We’ll talk about simple, balanced ways to nourish your body and your mind during pregnancy so you can be your healthiest self as you transition to becoming a mother.
