Workshop 1: Prenatal Nutrition & Yoga Basics
Date: Thursday, October 3
Time: 6:30 pm-7:30 pm

Empower your pregnancy with Nutrition and Movement. Learn how to support your body and mind with movement and meditation during any stage of pregnancy. You will leave with a basic sequence and nutrition guidelines that will carry you through your pregnancy and beyond.

Workshop 2: Stress Management in Pregnancy & Beyond

Date: Thursday, October 10

Time: 6:30 pm-7:30 pm

Learn how nutrition and movement affect stress and practice techniques to manage difficult physical and emotional states. After this workshop, you will have a basic understanding of stress and how to develop safe and supportive coping strategies through yoga and meditation.

Workshop 3: Preparing for Post Partum

Date: Thursday, October 17

Time: 6:30 pm-7:30 pm

Learn how to support your body as you recover from pregnancy, birth and the physical demands of caring for a baby outside your body. You’ll learn to use a powerful combination of practical nutrition and movement to thrive during the 4th trimester.
