Meet our associate dietitian, Tangela Kindell, MS, RDN.

Hello!

I’m Tangela Kindell (she/her), a registered dietitian who believes food is healing and deeply connected to our identity and culture. Originally from Boston and now living in Charlotte - with family roots in both the Caribbean and the South - I bring a lived understanding of how culture, tradition, and identity shape the way we eat and care for our health.

I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons University and completed my dietetic internship with Diversify Dietetics, where I developed my evidence-based, inclusive, and culturally connected approach to nutrition therapy. Before becoming a registered dietitian, I spent over eight years working in women’s health, fertility, and nutrition communications. As a nutrition writer and consultant, I’ve developed engaging nutrition content for private nutrition practices, wellness brands, and community-based organizations that reflects the unique experiences and needs of people from around the world.

I’m passionate about creating an affirming, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you feel supported and empowered to meet your fertility, nutrition, and overall health goals.

I’m currently accepting 1:1 clients for PCOS, endometriosis, and other reproductive health concerns as well as preconception, prenatal, and postpartum nutrition coaching. I can’t wait to work with you!
