While our practice is based in Charlotte, NC, we’re a team of virtual dietitians, so we’ll see you via video appointment with our secure telehealth platform.

If you live in a different US state or territory, then yes! We are licensed in multiple states. We are able to see patients residing in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Contact us if you live in an unlisted state and we’ll let you know if we will be able to accommodate you or provide a referral to a trusted colleague.

We are unable to see patients who live outside of the United States.

Yes! We accept BCBS, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare insurance plans, and many of our patients have unlimited visits with no copay.

Most of our insurance patients have a $0 copay, but it’s important that you check with your plan directly. See above for directions. If you will be paying privately, you can see our private pay rates on this page. We accept HSA/FSA and can offer superbills for you to submit out of network claims.

We see adult patients for reproductive health concerns including

• male and female infertility

• missing periods/hypothalamic amenorrhea

• PCOS

• PMDD

• endometriosis

• fibroids

• adenomyosis

• gestational diabetes

• pregnancy

• postpartum

• lactation difficulties

We see adult clients for a non-diet, body positive approach to a variety of reproductive health conditions (see above).

We do not offer weight loss diets, and instead help our clients focus on strategies to improve body image and work towards true self care without diet culture.

We love working with couples! Here’s how to get started:

• Book two separate initial appointments so we can get to know you individually.

• You can then choose to be seen together or separately for follow-up appointments with the same or different dietitians.

• If you are utilizing insurance, both partners are treated as separate patients and must provide their own policies for billing purposes. Private pay options are available for one or both partners as needed, and one partner may choose to simply join sessions as a support person instead of as a patient.
