Preparing Body & Mind for Baby
If you’re pregnant, you might be feeling:
Overwhelmed by all the messaging around what you do or don’t need in postpartum
Unsure about what to expect mentally and physically when baby arrives
Confused about how to nourish your body properly after birth
Worried about postpartum body image and confronting “bounce-back” culture
Anxious about feeling alone on your journey
If this is you, you are SO not alone!
As nutrition and mental health professionals who work with folks in the perinatal period every day, we get it. Two of us have been through it ourselves! Postpartum recovery can feel isolating, especially if this is your first pregnancy. That’s why we teamed up to create this In depth workshop specifically for pregnant folks in their 2nd or 3rd trimesters. We know how much you just want to feel secure during this massive life transition, so we put together all the tools you’ll need to feel mentally and physically prepared for baby’s arrival.
This isn’t your typical prenatal class.
We’re not here to tell you how to “bounce back.” We’re here to help you move forward with trust, clarity, and support. Preparing Body & Mind for Baby is an in-person event meant to foster a community of like-minded parents here in Charlotte who are all the same stage of their journey.
