Meet our associate dietitian, Kristen Carney, MS, RDN.
Hey there!
I’m Kristen Carney, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. My pronouns are she/her. I am passionate about helping others cultivate a positive relationship with food through an evidenced-based approach. I hope to support and empower you through your fertility and pregnancy journey so that you are feeling confident, whole, and fully nourished!
I am currently accepting 1:1 clients for preconception, prenatal, and postpartum nutrition coaching. I can’t wait to meet you!
“Kristen is extremely patient and compassionate with me. Binge eating disorder can be difficult to manage, triggers are everywhere, and she always makes me feel heard and understood. We discuss what foods I like, grew up with, am able to cook, as well as ideas for new recipes. We also discuss how I was raised in relation to body image. I like learning more and also feel understood. I had eliminated certain foods over the years out of fear and have been able to add some of them back into my diet. I’m learning about ensuring I get enough protein early enough in the day to have a successful day of eating, rather than ending the day with a binge.”

Client Testimonials
“I really enjoyed working with Kristin. She was wonderful and helped me do things to improve my fertility and within a few months of working with her I was pregnant. I work in healthcare as physical therapist assistant, and my job is very stressful. She also gave great ways to lower my cortisol through my diet, which my husband and I both did together and I feel this was a huge impact on us getting pregnant so fast! She’s very knowledgeable and always went over the supplements I was taking while I was pregnant to assure I was getting everything I needed to grow a healthy baby. I was very sick in my first trimester and she even provided recommendations on things that could help with that that were more natural remedies. I am now in my end of my second trimester and will reach back out in the future for some guidance on nutrition while breast-feeding when my little girl is here. So glad I got the chance to work with her and very thankful!”
